Dave Blazer, CEO

Dave has more than 10 years experience in large-scale business administration, management
and marketing. This includes coordinating nonprofit associations for the Chicago
management firm SmithBucklin & Associates; working on diverse projects as a
business analyst at FedEx; and managing all marketing aspects of the conference
group and providing strategic support to corporate directives at BBI International.
Today, Dave is special projects manager for Treadlite Group parent Adams Affiliates,
Inc. creating new business opportunities within the traditional energy industry
and the burgeoning renewable energy industry. He also provides support to various
other entrepreneurial company ventures, including Treadlite Group. Dave graduated
with a degree in marketing from College of the Ozarks.
Theresa Casey, Director of Operations & Development

Theresa has 28 years of leadership, management and event planning experience. She
worked in municipal government for 26 years, holding positions as a recreation director,
public works director and assistant town manager. During her years in local government,
she was responsible for the development of many events and conferences. After leaving
government she joined BBI International as a conference manager where she led the creation
of the first International Biomass Conference & Trade Show in Minneapolis, Minnesota,
which attracted nearly 900 attendees. Theresa graduated from Western State College in
1980 with a degree in recreation and a minor in sociology.
Travis Hochard, Director of Programs & Research

Travis has more than 10 years experience in writing, marketing, sales and logistics management.
He was previously the program development manager for BBI International,
where he was responsible for agenda development, content solicitation, online content
management, presentation selection facilitation and speaker communication for all BBI
owned conferences. Travis earned a BS degree in journalism and mass communications with
an emphasis in natural resources and environmental science from Kansas State University.
Connie Provick, Trade Show Manager

Connie has more than 10 years of trade show management experience. Prior to Treadlite
Group, she was the trade show manager at BBI International, where she was responsible
for all aspects of the trade show. This included the assessment of exhibit space during site
selection, development and execution of trade show marketing and sales and onsite show
floor management. Prior to BBI, she worked for Valley Expo, a trade show decorator that
services more than 300 clients and 3000 exhibitors a year. At Valley Expo she supervised
the customer service department then moved up to senior event coordinator where she
managed the company’s largest events.
